A Web Search Engine is a code
that is designed to search for information
in the World Wide Web. The found information is usually represented on a search engine result page. The search information may be specialized in Web pages, Images, information and other types of files. Search Engines can also mine data available in Databases or open directories. In contrast to web directories which are curated by humans, search engines also maintain real-time information by running an algorithm on a Web Crawler.
