A Universal Language should consists of Numbers or better Identifiers. Lets take some "characteristics numbers" to model Logic and to solve logical problems with the help of a Calculus. This means that one has to uniquily identify Object of the real World and Abstract Concepts with Numbers/Identifiers. Then one can compose numbers.

A modern Language needs to be developed in which everything can be uniquely expressed without Ambiguity then each Quest can be solved by computing the Arguments.
