A meme is an idea of an concept (which can be of any nature) that is able to spread though a population, similar to genes. A meme acts a Data Unit which can be transmitted from one mind to another. Analogous to genes, memes self-replicate, mutate, are inherited from one generation to the next and undergo natural selection.

For an idea to be passed on, it must be easily translated into words. Denigma data entries (Data App) are practically memes, especially those categorized as Concepts.

The Human Memome Project is an undertaken to sequence all memes associated to health, wellbeing and anti-aging, and correlating them with age-related biomarkers [http://www.thehumanmemomeproject.com/].
