Only one nominally significant association signal (rs11188059; pCCA = .04) was observed in the analysis of the centenarian sample (Table 1) that did not pass correction for multiple testing (Bonferroni-adjusted pCCA = 1, as-suming 56 tests; see “Participants and Methods” and “Statistical Analysis”).Overall, our results suggest that there is no noteworthy influence of sequence variation in the CYP2C genes on human longevity in Germans.
