Deletion of NYV1 cancels out replicative lifespan extension of 0.5% glucose restriction and results under DR also into a shorter replicative lifespan than under AL [18690010; 22622083]. Thus, NYV1 deletion blocks DR-lifespan prolongation [18690010].
