Dereferencable

Dereferencable means an URI that is an URL. URIs that one can put in the browser are dereferencable. A Dereferencable Resource can be Subject, Property or Object in a RDF Triple. Neither Subject nor Object must be represented by an URI, since the Subject can be a Blank Node and the Object can be either a Literal or a Blank Node too.
