The Tree of Nature and Logic is the predecessor of a Logical Machine. Take the Knowledge and the Categories in form of Ontologies and lets make a machine out of it. Consider the Tree as a Decision Tree. It is Concept of a machine that is logical able to put things in Categories and to categorize the World.
Try to visualize and simplify all the Studies, Categories systems and Ontologies (a la Tree of Knowledge).
It shall represent the subsequent numbers of Questions or Categories that are related to each other. If one has a new Thing one can order this to a Class that is represented by this Structure.
