Deciphering Algorithms operate on and analyze semantic knowledge bases and annotated datasets. They yield new insights based on the structured data. e.g. implicit hidden facts and hypotheses that may be tested by researchers.

Deciphering Algorithms have two parts:

  1. Data analysis tools providing functionality similar to capabilities of tools like MatLab. For this an interface between the libraries and Semantic Data will be provided.

  2. Knowledge management support for Research Projects that is connected to Ontologies used for Annotation of Semantic Data.
