One has to define the Individuals. So one has to create all the Individuals that are populating all the Classes, where each Class directly becomes the Type of one of its Individuals. The same holds for all the Superclasses which is also a Type of its Individuals. Then one has to instantiate the Properties, which means one has to make an Assignment of Property Values for the Individuals according to the Constraints one has defined before that. Defining an Individual really means defining a specific Thing that one need to represent in the Ontology to make an Assumption about this Individual.
