Chronic Disease

A Chronic Disease is an illness that persists for a long time, sometimes coming and going with different severity. Chronic Diseases are heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma, Arthritis, Obesity, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain and Chronic Conditions / Long Term Conditions and a range of other chronic conditions such as Hypertesion, Osteoproosis, recurring Depression and some Cancers which require ongoing management over a period of years or decades.
